Replacements (if applicable)

If any item arrives damaged (broken or spoiled), we’re happy to replace it. To process a replacement, kindly email us at funnlearntots@gmail.com with:
1. A clear photo of the damaged product.
2. An unboxing video showing the issue.

Once approved, we’ll promptly dispatch a new product.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Order Processing & Delivery: We deliver within 3-10 working days (excluding bank and festival holidays).

Shipping Charges

₹100 per order for prepaid orders. (Above ₹1500 cart value shipping is free.)

₹150 per order for cash on delivery (COD) orders.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Exchange delivery timelines may vary based on location.
